Individual course / Group course

In our school we organize children’s courses for children from 3 to 15 years of age. The children are placed in adult courses from the age of 16.

What happens in the lesson? 

• The lessons are really playful. The different active and passive activities change during the lesson from listening, to song practice, to active games, to competitions and drawing, to working with textbooks and workbooks, to acting, to video activities, etc.
• The children are led to the active use of language and the usage of Czech is minimized.
• We use competitions. The children absorb useful phrases and vocabulary through games and competitions and they practice grammar through quizzes, crosswords, and other interactive activities.
• We pay maximum attention to each child thanks to the small number of children in each group.
• Encouragement is a very important part of our lessons. Even small attempts are praised and rewarded.

What does our classroom look like?

The classroom for our small students is specially equipped. The Children will find here lots of toys, pictures, colourful posters, English books and magazines. The children are suddenly in a Castle surrounded by different characters from the castle: Kings and Queens, Princes and Princesses, Jesters and Knights, various animals living there, and also our Castle ghost.

 

 

 

 

Which textbooks do we use?

We use textbooks and workbooks from British publishers: Cambridge, University Press, Oxford University Press and Macmillian. Moreover we use a large number of our own original materials.

 

 

 

Which course should you choose for your children?

We will help you with the choice during the first informative meeting. It depends on you if you want your child/children to be taught individually or in a group.

A. Individual courses

• A highly effective way of studying.
• Most suitable for children who have got special needs.
• Children that require individual care.
• To prepare for some specific exams

B. Group courses 

• There is a maximum of 6 children in one group.
• Highly effective due to the small number of children.
• The children are divided according to their age and ability.
• It is socially progressive because children are able to compete and play with each other.

All children’s courses are annual and run from the middle of September till the end of June.

Prices:

Group courses - Half term price: CZK 1, 990,-

Group courses - Annual price: CZK 3,660,-

Individual courses - Czech teacher: 350,-/60 minutes

Individual courses - Native speaker: 410,-/60 minutes

The price includes:

• Tuition by a qualified and professional teacher.
• All copied material.

• Certificates of progress.

The price doesn’t include:

• Students books and Workbooks
  

Ways of payment:

It depends on you if you wish to pay twice a year, or annually. In case of the payment:
